Being the true professional that he is, he certainly gave us the chops we needed to pull this one off. Lurking in the shadows with him were Kory Clarke - caught at his most humourous and conspiracy theory led mode, Finger 11 with release of their self-titled non-debut were in good form too... why were no other mags doing the business we ask ourselves. 4 years on, we can say we told you so (well, Stateside at least). Horror supremo Shaun Hutson also gave us great chops and we began our tour diary with Alex Kane from anti-product. Typically rock n roll, I think issue four had it's share of highs and lows.. but at least we weren't afraid! http://issuu.com/burnmagazine/docs/burnmagazineissue4 Thu, 19 Nov 2009 18:09:11 +0000 <table><tr valign="top"><td width="65"><a href="http://issuu.com/burnmagazine/docs/burnmagazineissue4"><img src="http://image.issuu.com/081122204036-f57bbf0c17024b5eb781ca8f898038d7/jpg/page_1_thumb_medium.jpg" width="55" border="0"/></a></td><td> &nbsp; </td><td><img src="http://content.issuu.com/icons/label_bookmark.png" border="0"/><br /><span style="font-size: 12px;">Alice leads the way as we begin to find our feet with the format. Chris Cornell and Nickelback. This was a good issue to work on as we started getting some contributors on board who were interested in creating a voice for themselves. The Chris Cornell piece was the most in depth feature we had ever seen let alone published, while we caught Nickelback just prior to the release of Long Road and on the cusp of taking the next step up the ladder. There was also time spent with Therapy?, BC RICH offered us a cool axe to give away, I caught up with long-time hero Conny Bloom on the release of Psychonaut and the Datsuns also made an appearance... what the hell ever happened to them? It never occurred to any of us that we had become an all out rock magazine until much later on... funny how things evolve. http://issuu.com/burnmagazine/docs/burnmagazineissue3 Mon, 16 Feb 2009 15:48:03 +0000 <table><tr valign="top"><td width="65"><a href="http://issuu.com/burnmagazine/docs/burnmagazineissue3"><img src="http://image.issuu.com/081122210656-9bd3893280904b57af7470f1a8e67025/jpg/page_1_thumb_medium.jpg" width="55" border="0"/></a></td><td> &nbsp; </td><td><img src="http://content.issuu.com/icons/label_bookmark.png" border="0"/><br /><span style="font-size: 12px;">Our first double cover.
